Well, here's a picture that will have me swear off McDonald's for the rest of my life:

The picture above is what's so called Mechanically Separated Chicken and the process of making it goes beyond deboning and grinding. Yeah, if you've seen the movie Food, Inc., you'd probably know that chicken farmers are paid little to no money producing chickens. They are forced to pay and take out giant loans to build chicken camps and forced to keep up with the installation of the newest ventilating units and while the chickens are kept in literal silos that don't see any daylights, germs and virus manifests itself since no one really clean the poops up for months. Chickens are mechanically swept and dumped into trucks after a few months and taken to be processed. Instead of clean individual coop with fresh air, they do it this way to keep the cost low.
There's more: because it's crawling with bacteria, it will be washed with ammonia, soaked in it, actually. Then, because it tastes gross, it will be reflavored artificially. Then, because it is weirdly pink, it will be dyed with artificial color.I guess I won't be eating chicken nuggets anytime soon.
